From the start of our brand we’ve prioritized working with the best global manufacturers. We strive to have the most responsible price-quality mix to bringing you a long-lasting piece for a fair price point.
Not surprisingly for our accessories we’ve landed in the country of pure wool, Scotland. With their cool weather the need for wool accessories is very high & so are their manufacturing skills.
We work from scratch with a local manufacturer with over 150 years of experience, one of the oldest in Scotland. Their skills on traditional machineries are endless and it’s a pleasure to fully utilize our creative freedom.
Here’s a brief overview of the long process to arrive online & in-store:
Step 1 sketch of the styles based on the moodboard
Step 2 selection of the color palette of more than 100 color swatches
Step 3 creation of the accessories on paper for manufacturing briefing
Step 4 proto manufactury of all different styles
Step 5 proto adjustments for approval
Step 6 production of the accessories
As you can see it’s an intense process to get the best outcome.
For this season next to our carry over styles we’ve took our inspiration from vintage color blocking. The ultimate result is our Willy Wonka scarf with all different shapes of blocks.
