SHOP STYLIST

Men’s brand Castart (2018) & female counterpart Our Sister (2021) are two emerging Belgian brands with their office & combined flagship store ‘Castart x Our Sister’ in the city center of Antwerp. Both brands are born with the idea of creating garments with heartfelt textures and vibrant colors that are well-balanced. Castart & Our Sister share similar values but so as within a family also have their own ideologies to further grow internationally in the upcoming years. To further grow our flagship store we are looking for a new Shop Stylist in support of our Store Manager or Founding partners to join our team. The position is full time and is available immediately.

Duties and responsibilities: 

-   Styling of clients to maximize sell-through and happiness
-   Processing all off – and online orders with a smile
-   Ensure an outstanding level of customer service at all times
-   Develop the store’s visual identity and interior to the highest possible level
-   Co-assisting the buying team to add playfulness in our ‘invited brands’ selection
-   Creating a wishlist of brands you would like to add to our portfolio

Profile: 

-   An entry level position for someone with a big passion for fashion
-   Your friends see you as the wizard for styling outfits
-   Curiosity & interest on current trends and developments within the retail field
-   Energetic and thrive in a busy working environment
-   A willingness to grow, learn and go the extra-mile

-   A first experience in retail or wholesale is not recommended
